Design Optimisation

Scope:

Design Optimisation Process:
The design team will conduct a UX Audit of the homepage, content, product listing, loading time, user journeys, searchability, and visual design consistency.

 

Deliverables:
UX Recommendations report and prioritized action plans.

User Journey Mapping

Scope:
Co-design the end-to-end user journey with commerce experts and identify user personas, information needs, pain points, motivations, key tasks, and digitisation needs.

Design Process
The product design team will conduct User Journey workshops, 1:1 interviews, observation, focus group interviews and technical workshops to identify user journeys, validate the flow and check technical feasibility.

Deliverables:
A blueprint document that includes user personas, key workflows and features, a prioritised list of main tasks, information architecture, and innovation opportunities.

Storefront Prototyping

Scope:
Building working prototypes of the storefront and showing the future state of the customer experience. Includes all key screens.

Design Process
The UX team will build a clickable working model of the proposed solution using the exact UI components and share it with customers and stakeholders for their feedback.

 

Deliverables:
A high-fidelity, clickable prototype that clearly shows the customer experience vision / future state for what will be built and delivered.

A/B Testing

Scope:
Validating visual design, screen desirability, information architecture and eye gaze with actual end users.

Testing Process
The UX team will invite real end users and ask both qualitative and quantitative questions to gather feedback. Eye tracking is used to validate content design and users' scanning patterns using tools such as GazeRecorder

​

Deliverables:
User testing and feedback report with recommendations for the final design iteration.
